For accommodation, registrations etc, we - the Hospitality Team- are at your disposal. We can help you better if you intimate us about your plans in advance, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Registration for accommodation is open.
There are no accomodation charges for participants from outside Gwalior.
Note: All outstation participants are requested to collect their Aurora ID Cards at the time of availing their accomodation at the Hospitality Desk.
