What after Reaching the AURORA Festival ?
If you are registered on our hospitality desk of Aurora and have got Aurora Registration card with you, then you need not to come to the Hospitaltity desk. During Aurora, the Hospitality Desk is set up just outside the main venue. Event registration and attending to queries about events are among the important tasks performed here.

How do I get accommodation? ?
You can register yourself online for Auroa 2010. OR Upon reaching ABV-IIITM, you are required to come to the Hospitality desk. This is where you have to register yourself. Nominal charges for accommodation will be collected here depending on the number of days you wish to avail this facility. Caution money will also be taken at time of registration which will be refunded at time of leaving.
All participants are required to carry their college identity cards, The participants are also expected to follow certain Rules and Regulations to help us maintain the festive atmosphere in the institute.

What should I bring with me?
1) It is mandatory for all participants to carry college IDs.
2) If your accommodation is confirmed, you are required to bring a hard copy of the hospitality registration card..
3) Mattresses and pillows are the only things that shall be provided to you if your accommodation is confirmed. All the other things which participants require for the events or otherwise including locks for the rooms, should be arranged by themselves.

What about the results of the various events?
1) The results of the events will be available at the hospitality Desk soon after the event is finished.
2) All the results are also available through SMS on your mobile.
